Spanish Formula One driver Maria de Villota has been released from the hospital following treatment for injuries sustained from a crash with a support truck during testing early last month. Doctors at La Paz University Hospital in Madrid found de Villota hadn't suffered any neurological damage in the Marussia MR-01 crash and will not require brain surgery.
