Just as expected, the HTC Status has become available from AT&T. The HTC Status is in fact the US carrier's own version of the internationally-launched HTC ChaCha. This is an Android-powered smartphone (running the latest version of Google's mobile operating system, 2.3 Gingerbread) and one of two HTC devices to come (so far, at least) with a dedicated Facebook button, as well as pervasive integration with the world's biggest social network throughout the UI. Therefore, the HTC Status may be quite appealing to Facebook fans.
