After having become available in North America in the US first, and after missing its initial release deadline of July, the Samsung Galaxy Tab 10.1 is now finally out in Canada. This is the Wi-Fi-only version of the tablet we're talking about. In the future, Telus, Bell, and Rogers will all launch 4G-enabled variants of the Galaxy Tab 10.1. According to MobileSyrup, that may even happen as soon as a couple of weeks from now.
So if you need mobile data connectivity built into your tablet, you should probably hold off.
