Verizon launches Facetones service

Verizon launches Facetones service

Some of us have too many contacts saved in our phones from people we meet on an everyday basis, so it's understandably hard to put a face to the name some times, but it looks like Verizon has the answer for you in their new service called Facetones. Targeted at Android users for now, Facetones, as the name implies, is a personalized ringtone that will display a slideshow of images of the person that is calling. Apparently what the service does is that it connects to various social networking websites to pull images of your contact onto your phone.
