Motorola has officially announced that its Razr Maxx smartphone (already released in the US as the Droid Razr Maxx) would be available in the UK starting mid May, this way confirming what we've previously reported. Unlocked, the handset costs about £430, and you will be able to find it via Clove, Expansys, Amazon, and other British retailers. Earlier this month, Motorola unveiled that the Razr Maxx would be launched in Germany, also starting May. Interestingly, according to Moto, the handset will run Android 4.0 Ice Cream Sandwich when it reaches Germany.
