Over the weekend, someone who prefers to be known as ‘ChinaMan28′ over on Reddit actually posted up screenshots of what seemed to be an early build of the Windows Phone 8.1 operating system, where it showed off a bunch of new features such as a notification center. According to ChinaMan28, he managed to gain access to this yet unreleased version of the Windows Phone operating system when he picked up a Nokia Lumia 920 from an unknown party over on eBay.
