If you ran out and dropped $370 on the Cowon's D3 Android PMP, an update is waiting in the wings. The D3 is making the leap from Android 2.1 all the way to 2.3, bringing a sleep timer for the music app, enhanced search options, and — perhaps most significantly — VoIP.
