Apple is a company that hedges their bets, and do not put all of their eggs in a single basket, which is definitely a wise thing to do, since one should spread the manufacturing “risk” (and squeeze costs with some vendor-balancing) all around just in case something goes awry. Well, we do know that LG Display is one of the suppliers for the new MacBook Pro that has a Retina Display. Disclosed by iFixit over their Twitter account, it should put to bed rumors surrounding the possibility of Apple using Sharp's IGZO technology.
