Verizon, AT&T, and T-Mobile will carry Windows Phone 8 devices

Verizon, AT&T, and T-Mobile will carry Windows Phone 8 devices

Yesterday we got the first sneak peek at Windows Phone 8, Microsoft's upcoming version of its latest mobile operating system. That said, we've seen no actual new devices – it was a presentation geared more towards developers. As for release time frames, WP8 should arrive in time for this year's holiday season, so there are still many months left until that happens. But when it does, three of the big four US carriers will offer WP devices running the new OS version.

Verizon, AT&T, and T-Mobile all confirmed that they are planning on supporting Windows Phone 8.
