The HTC One V is the third and final handset unveiled today by HTC at Mobile World Congress. While the HTC One X and HTC One S are intended for consumers who want bleeding edge technology, the One V is a device intended to have mass market appeal with mid-range specifications and an expected price that should be quite enticing. While the HTC One V is a brand new device, HTC fans will notice that the phone bares a striking resemblance to the HTC which made its debut at MWC two years ago. The HTC One V runs Android 4.0 with HTC Sense 4.0.
