SaskTel is already selling the midrange HTC Radar with Windows Phone, but it won't be alone in that for long. Wind Mobile is also looking to start sales of the HTC Radar soon, and today we found out exactly when that will happen. February 21 is the magic date when the HTC Radar will become available at Wind, according to MobileSyrup.
