The Associated Press reports that the Mannheim state court in Germany ruled on Friday that neither Samsung (005930) nor Motorola violated patents used for technology in Apple's touchscreen devices. The AP says that the German court ruling follows similar judgements against Apple in both the United Kingdom and the Netherlands.
