Russia Reveals Own Android-esque OS without Google's Data Collection

Google's ruthless collection of user data, whether it is from search and browsing histories WiFi information from its Street View cameras, has gotten people worried. Russia is among those worrywarts and has produced its own take on the Android operating system, but without Google's data collection. The OS, named Russian Mobile Operating System (RoMOS), was introduced at the IFA event in Berlin.
