Bombardier Transportation winner of the Altran Foundation Award in UK

The 2012 Altran Foundation Award in UK whose Jury was headed by Mike Greenan, Divisional Director ECS Altran has been awarded to Bombardier, for its TrackSafe, a System to Improve Safety and Productivity for Railway Track Workers.On hearing the result, Mark Willer, Technology Solutions from Bombardier declared "The team were thrilled to learn of this Award, a testament to their hard work and collaborative efforts to develop a system with real potential for enhancing safety in rail transportation around the world".The Altran Foundation Award in the UK is the first of a 2012 European series.
