Elgato has introduced the EyeTV Mobile for iPad 2.  Simply plug this dongle into the dock connector on your iPad 2, extend the built-in antenna, and watch over-the-air TV right on your iPad.  (You'll actually also have to install the EyeTV Mobile app from the app store, too.)  You'll be able to watch, pause, and rewind live signals, and you'll be able to record programming directly onto your iPad 2.  No internet connection is required, so you won't be burning up your data plan nor require a WiFi connection.  The first model is designed for Europe and Japan and costs €99.95 / ₤99.95.
