Introduced yesterday in Germany, the S Series tablet from Sony in Japan will come however in two different flavors with a WiFi only version featuring Android 3.1 and a 3G (Docomo) + WiFi version that will runs Android 3.2. The S Tablet comes with a 9.4" WXGA (1280×800) screen, available in 16 or 32GB of memory for the WiFi model only while the 3G+Wifi will features only 16GB of memory.
