Activision will launch the second DLC for Call of Duty: Modern Warfare 3. Dubbed as the Overwatch, the DLC features a map called Black Box and two new spec ops missions: Black Ice and Negotiator. Overwatch will be released to Call of Duty Elite Premium members on February 21st, 2012.
